6. Be honest with yourself! Own up to your weaknesses and possible deficits and think about where you might need “support” and from whom.
7. Reflect alone, with a coach or with another person who is important to you, what a fulfilling life means to you and what is essential for your well-being – professionally and privately. Focus your activities on this.
8. Have the courage to say no to demands placed on you from outside. You do not have to and cannot fulfill all role requirements. Too much is simply too much!
9. Plan spaces and times for yourself in your everyday life, i.e. oases to recharge your batteries.
10. Accept that many things turn out differently than you planned and thought. Be flexible and willing to adapt accordingly.
11. Be aware that you are not the only one currently operating at the edge of your limits. Many people around you probably feel this way.
