Samsung Display and China’s BOE have reached a settlement, prompting the US International Trade Commission (ITC) to suspend Samsung’s lawsuit against BOE. This marks the end of a three-year dispute between the two companies. According to industry sources cited by Yonhap News on Wednesday, Samsung and BOE have resolved several patent and trade secret infringement cases in both the US and China, and have withdrawn the related lawsuits.
