Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO He Gang on Tuesday shared a photo carrying a “HUAWEI AI Glasses” watermark, hinting that the company may be preparing to launch a new AI glasses product. The device is rumored to debut in the first half of the year with support for photography, audio, HarmonyOS-based cross-device integration, and live translation.

Another possible clue has also appeared in Huawei’s HarmonyOS 6.0.0.130 update. A new option related to photo import from devices surfaced in the service feed section, showing a feature that can display the status and progress of transferring photos from a shooting device into a phone’s gallery in real time.
