The project follows a holistic approach in which robots not only act as lone fighters, but also work together in a networked ecosystem. As soon as a guest enters the hotel, a journey begins, controlled by Embodied AI.
The digital workforce
A look at the digital workforce reveals the technological depth of the project. Almost as a doorman replacement, the “PUDU T300” is responsible for the rough work and transports heavy luggage with a load capacity of 300 kilograms, even using elevators autonomously. Meanwhile, the “FlashBot” zips through the aisles to deliver drink orders that guests have previously placed on their smartphones.

In public areas, the “PUDU CC1 Pro” and “MT1” ensure cleanliness by identifying waste using AI-based detection and maintaining the floors independently. Others are responsible for the charm and interaction: “BellaBot Pro” serves coffee with voice and light effects, while “KettyBot Pro” distributes snacks and presents event information on its display. The entertainment factor is provided by interactive appearances by the “PUDU D5”, which are intended to demonstrate that robots can do more than just be efficient.
