Last week, Apple announced its annual Worldwide Developers Conference, which is taking place June 8–12. Now, I’ve found out a bit more about what WWDC has in store for us. Apple has been promising for years to give Siri a serious upgrade (pun intended), and it’s doubling down on that vow for this year’s WWDC. You may remember that Apple announced a partnership with Google’s Gemini in January of this year, and now, rumor has it that it will be making use of that partnership to upgrade Siri to be more chatbot-like, in the vein of Gemini and ChatGPT.
