iX workshop: Basics and principles of modern IT management

As digitalization advances, IT is taking on an increasingly important role as a driver of innovation and a competitive factor for companies. To fulfill this role, CIOs need modern management structures and IT that is strongly aligned with the business, from strategy to operations.

In the two-day online workshop Strategic IT Management: From Vision to Value Creation, you will gain a well-founded insight into the basics of strategic IT and technology management. You will acquire in-depth knowledge and learn methods and techniques to develop and implement an IT strategy in your company. Topics include vision and direction, leadership and communication, success monitoring, technology trends, change management and business value. You will also learn how to link your IT strategy with the corporate strategy and implement it into the overall organization. This training is application-oriented – you will deepen and consolidate the knowledge you have acquired using best practice examples.

The workshop is aimed at managers with a strong focus on IT and digitalization. It has the character of a lecture, but also explicitly offers the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other. Speaker Adrian Peloso is managing director of Rewion Schweiz AG and an expert in IT strategy and governance. In his work, he supports companies in aligning their IT organization measurably and successfully for the future.
