In the Incident Leadership workshop: Communicating and making decisions in the event of a crisis, you will use realistic simulations to learn how effective leadership works in technical crisis situations when information is missing, people react differently and technical problems create social dynamics.
Practically apply what you have learned
In the workshop you will receive short theoretical impulses, group exercises, structured debriefings and reflection and transfer tasks in order to get to know proven leadership and learning methods. The focus is on incident leadership, high reliability organizations and crew resource management. In this way, you will learn how to communicate clearly, recognize stress and error patterns in good time and coordinate teams safely under pressure.
In order to train behavior that can be reliably performed under pressure, come to the online workshop on one morning for six consecutive weeks. Between the appointments, you apply the content directly in the company and gain practical experience, which you reflect on and deepen together in the following appointment.
