Oppo unveils the Find X9 Ultra. Equipped with a 7050 mAh battery and several telephoto lenses including an x10, it also relies on an external photo kit to offer an experience that is closest to a professional device.
Oppo presents the Find X9 Ultra, a high-end model designed in partnership with Hasselblad. The manufacturer highlights four cameras, including two x3 and x10 telephoto lenses, as well as two 200 Mpx sensors. As if that weren’t enough, the whole thing can be supplemented with an external teleconverter. The Find X9 Ultra is now available for pre-order at a price of 1699.90 euros.
Oppo x Hasselblad
The Oppo Find
The smartphone is available in several colors: black, orange and white. This last color is not available in France. The black one has a vegan leather covering and displays the partnership with Hasselblad on the back of the smartphone.
An orange Quick button is present on the right edge, to launch the camera, as well as a configurable shortcut button on the left side. As for resistance, it is certified IP66, IP68 and IP69, which guarantees total resistance to fresh water and dust.
A particularly ambitious camera
Perhaps the most impressive thing about this smartphone remains its photo block. It has a total of five modules:
- A 200 Mpx main sensor
- A 50 Mpx ultra wide-angle
- A 200 Mpx x3 telephoto lens
- A 50 Mpx x10 telephoto lens
- A 50 Mpx selfie sensor
But that’s not all, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra introduces a new sensor dedicated to colorimetry called “True Color”. This allows “automatic adjustment of the white balance for the most faithful photo rendering possible, with natural colors, sharp highlights and deep shadows”. This result promises to be obtained without the use of artificial intelligence.
On the video side, all the sensors film in 4K at 60 frames per second and Dolby Vision, with stabilization which promises to have been improved compared to the Oppo Find X9 Pro for example.
An external teleconverter, the Find X9 Ultra Hasselblad Earth Explorer Kit
To complete the photo experience, Oppo once again offers an external teleconverter. More precisely, it is a lens to be attached to the back of the smartphone using a special case. This case includes a grip, a trigger and a zoom button. The lens, for its part, is equipped with 16 glass elements, which allows the focal length to be considerably extended and to zoom up to x60 without loss.

The photo kit includes the teleconverter lens, a shell, as well as a ring to install on the latter. All of which can be carried in a dedicated pouch. The set is sold separately from the smartphone at a price of €699.
Price and availability
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is now available for pre-order on the official Oppo website. It is offered in a single configuration with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, priced at €1699.90. A pre-order offer allows you to obtain the Hasselblad photo kit for free with the purchase of the smartphone.
