Humanoid robots are being used more and more often – not just in warehouses or factories, but also in households or in restaurants, as service workers.
Since the technology is still fairly new, not everything is working according to plan. Recently, a video went viral showing a robot being taken away by police after scaring an elderly woman.

In the background you can hear the laughter of the numerous surprised guests while the staff has their hands full trying to capture the dancing robot. The scene becomes even funnier than it already is when you take a look at the robot’s orange apron, where “I’m fine” is emblazoned in large letters.
Three employees are needed to stop the robot

According to Futurism, the incident apparently occurred as part of a promotional event for the Disney film “Zoomania 2” at a Haidilao store in California. As Chinese business and financial news portal Jiemian Global reports, the Chinese restaurant chain Haidilao is operated by an international holding company known for investing in automated kitchens with robot chefs and delivery robots.
“This is how the ‘Terminator’ saga really begins,” one person tweeted about the hilarious scene. “Not with a bang, but with a dance.”
