The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold is coming back, but it’s likely your last chance to buy the triple-folding phone. This upcoming wave of stock is a surprise, given that Samsung confirmed in March that it would no longer sell the smartphone.
A new batch of Z TriFolds will land on Friday, April 10. It’ll be available online and at its seven Samsung Experience Stores in California, Minnesota, New York, and Texas.
If you want to check out the foldable in person, the stores are located at the Los Cerritos Center and the Americana at Brand shopping center in California; The Mall of America in Minnesota; the Queens Center in Elmhurst, NY, and the Roosevelt Field mall in Garden City on Long Island. In Texas, your choices are the Stonebriar Centre in Frisco and The Galleria in Houston.

We don’t know how many Galaxy Z TriFold units will be available at each store, so you may need to act quickly to find one. The same goes for online: Samsung sold out quickly when it first went on sale, and it has yet to confirm an exact time for this latest stock drop.
The Galaxy Z TriFold first landed in the US in late January. Some analysts speculated that Samsung may have been selling the handset at a loss to help reaffirm its status as a brand that introduces interesting foldable technologies.

It’s not for everyone, especially given its remarkably high price tag of $2,899. Our review warns users that it’s unlikely to be for them, given the cost and some limitations.
That said, we note that “The Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold stands out as an impressive piece of engineering, combining premium build quality, strong performance, and an expansive folding display. Fitting what feels like a 10-inch tablet into your pocket is no small accomplishment, but Samsung pulled it off.”
