Ubisoft has opened pre-registration on TapTap for the Chinese mobile release of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. The side-scrolling action game launched globally on mobile in April, featuring a free-to-download model with in-app purchases to unlock full content. It supports 60 FPS gameplay, customizable virtual controls, and third-party controller compatibility. The Chinese version will maintain all original content while optimizing network performance for local players. A full launch is expected later this year. Players take on the role of Sargon, a warrior from the Immortals, navigating a vast, non-linear world to rescue the kidnapped Prince Hassan. The journey includes battles against mythical creatures and solving complex puzzles. [IThome, in Chinese]
