ZTE presents the Nubia Neo 5 GT, a gaming smartphone that combines a fan, a completely flat design and AI dedicated to gaming. It is available now for €399.
A gaming smartphone with a completely flat design
The Nubia Neo 5 GT is a smartphone designed for gamers, it is equipped with a MediaTek D7400 processor. It also has a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Its maximum brightness announced is 4,500 nits.
In terms of autonomy, the smartphone has a 6,210 mAh battery compatible with 80 W fast charging. An “extreme” mode allows you to extend use for up to 23 additional minutes of play or 29 hours of standby time with only 5% battery remaining. The Bypass Charging feature allows you to directly power the smartphone during games to limit battery wear.
The Nubia Neo 5 GT incorporates a real fan. This should help address one of the main challenges of mobile gaming, overheating. Thanks to its “Through-Flow Duct Design” air circulation system, cool air is directed directly to strategic components, such as the processor and battery to maintain optimal performance during gaming sessions.
The Nubia Neo 5 GT also features 550 Hz Neo Triggers 5.0 and the Magic Touch 3.0 algorithm, designed to preserve tactile precision even with wet or oily fingers. In addition, to guarantee a stable connection in all gaming positions, the Nubia Neo 5 GT has a 360° gaming antenna.
But where the Nubia Neo 5 GT stands out is its completely flat design, without a photo block on the back, which promises pleasant handling even during gaming sessions.
An AI dedicated to gaming
In addition to all its features, the Nubia Neo 5 GT integrates an AI dedicated to gaming called AI Copilot Demi 2.0, an intelligent assistant capable of providing real-time advice, information on games or even instantly answering questions related to gameplay. This AI can also automatically read and respond to messages to help players stay focused during their games.
But also the AI Game Space 5.0, a dedicated space which centralizes all gaming parameters and performance tools.
On a daily basis, the Nubia Neo 5 GT relies on other AI dedicated to productivity and security such as IA Memory, IA Scam Alert, IA Translate or even IA Image and Text Generation.
Price and availability
The Nubia Neo 5 GT will be offered in France in two versions:
- Nubia Neo 5 GT 5G Normal Back Cover (8 Go + 256 Go) ;
- Nubia Neo 5 GT 5G Gaming Back Cover (12 Go + 256 Go).
These two versions retain the features of the Nubia Neo 5 GT: active cooling, Neo Triggers gaming triggers, 144 Hz AMOLED screen, 6,210 mAh battery and Game Space AI.
The Nubia Neo 5 GT is now available at a price of €399 and in three colors: black, gray and yellow.
