Apple Intelligence briefly appeared for some iPhone users in the Chinese mainland early Tuesday, before the update was pulled. The incident suggested the feature may be technically ready for the market, even though it has not officially launched.
Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman said the rollout was accidental and that Apple still has not received regulatory approval for the Chinese mainland. He added that the company does not currently have plans for an imminent release. [TechNode reporting]
