In the three-day online workshop BCM – emergency planning and emergency exercises, you will develop step-by-step guidelines for professional IT emergency planning under the guidance of an experienced security trainer.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

The workshop teaches important standards and methods of business continuity management (BCM) and IT emergency management. You learn to identify and evaluate IT risks. Other topics include the creation of comprehensive IT emergency documentation including restart planning, the development of a reactive IT emergency organization and the implementation and evaluation of emergency exercises.

The workshop will be led by Dominik Seidel, Senior Consultant at HiSolutions AG. He supports companies in efficient emergency planning and preparedness, risk-oriented management of service providers and in the conception and implementation of emergency and crisis exercises.
