Lenovo has announced new enhancements to its global channel framework, Lenovo 360, that will continue the success of its channel-centric model for continue simplifying and accelerating the growth of its partners.

Lenovo 360 has become the foundation on which Lenovo enables, connects and grows with its global ecosystem of partners. The latest improvements reflect the company’s commitment to facilitate the evolution of the partner experience and create more intuitive and scalable growth trajectories.

Thanks to these new improvements, the interactions of partners who build their businesses with us through Lenovo 360 will be simpler, more predictable and profitable. From service-driven growth to new technical communities and a more agile tiering structure, our goal is to provide partners with clear paths to expand their capabilities, increase profitability and provide greater value to their customers in an ever-evolving market..

Simplifying levels in Lenovo 360

Lenovo has simplified its partner tiering structure to create a more transparent and predictable growth path, making it easier for partners to understand how to progress, profit, and continue to scale. The updated model reduces complexity, streamlining tiers and better aligning incentives with overall partner performance by combining revenue growth with capability development through qualifications and accreditations. All of this results in a very clear progression from Authorized level to Gold, Platinum and beyond.

All partners begin their journey at the Authorized level, gaining access to Lenovo 360 Elevate, a redesigned growth engine to enable engagement and accelerate partner development. As partners progress to Gold level and above as their business grows, they develop capabilities and earn accreditations that unlock enhanced financial incentives, co-selling opportunities, and expanded access to Lenovo resources. More advanced levels offer greater recognition and collaboration across the global Lenovo ecosystem.

To support this evolution, Lenovo has introduced an enhanced digital experience through its Lenovo 360 Partner Hub platform, which provides real-time visibility into performance, accreditations and progress milestones, to improve control and predictability of growth. This simplified structure reflects Lenovo’s continued commitment to reducing complexity and delivering a more intuitive and satisfying partner experience.

Accelerated growth with Lenovo 360 for Services

Starting April 13, Lenovo will expand its services-driven strategy through Lenovo 360 for Services, a structured journey designed to help partners evolve toward recurring results-based business models.

As customer demand shifts toward lifecycle services and end-to-end solutions, many partners are looking to build new capabilities while scaling performance. Lenovo 360 for Services addresses this need by providing a clear and flexible framework that allows partners to add services to each operation and evolve towards higher value solutions progressively.

Through a combination of add-on, ready-to-sell services and advanced solutions, including digital workspaces, hybrid cloud, AI, and Lenovo TruScale as-a-service offering, partners will be able to expand their portfolios, increase the value of their operations, and establish predictable, recurring revenue streams.

This journey integrates enablement, sales tools and incentives into a single experience, providing partners with access to training and marketing resources, as well as assisted sales platforms that simplify the way they build and deliver service-based solutions.

Lenovo’s inertia in this space reflects increasing partner demand. The company’s services business has expanded twice as fast as the broader computing market, underscoring the opportunity for partners to accelerate their growth through a services-driven transformation.

Expansion for MSPs in new markets

Building on this momentum, Lenovo is also expanding its Lenovo 360 for MSP (Managed Service Providers) journey into additional markets, reflecting excellent partner adoption and growing demand for as-a-service delivery models.

Following a successful pilot, the MSP journey will expand into the UK and Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, Brazil, Mexico and Australia regions, starting April 1. Lenovo 360 for MSPs, Lenovo’s most mature and widely adopted partner path, already has thousands of partners globally and its revenue is estimated to exceed $100 million by the end of the year.

By providing MSPs with tailored tools, training and incentives, Lenovo enables partners to integrate Lenovo solutions into their own managed services offerings, making it easier for them to scale recurring revenue, increase profitability and deliver results-based services more efficiently.

“Lenovo 360 for MSPs has significantly simplified the support process and improved profitability”explained Nick Allo, CIO of SemTech IT Solutions. “By standardizing our offering around workstations and laptops, we have combined services and accessories to offer a complete system to our customers. This allows us to add value, obtain margins of up to 25% and guarantee services as an Authorized Service Provider. In general, Lenovo has been a very valuable partner, who has helped us grow and with whom we have maintained close contact throughout the entire process.”.

Improved technical expertise

Following the planned rollout in April, Lenovo will also launch Lenovo 360 Tech Connect, a global technical community designed to help partners develop greater expertise and deliver more complex, solution-driven results for their customers.

As demand for AI, hybrid clouds, and advanced infrastructure solutions continues to accelerate, partners face a growing need for in-depth technical expertise. Lenovo 360 Tech Connect addresses this need by bringing together pre-sales engineers, solutions architects, and technical specialists in a collaborative, community-based environment.

Through this community, members gain access to personalized technical enablement, curated learning resources, and direct contact with Lenovo experts, enabling them to design, position, and deliver solutions with greater confidence and agility.

The community also introduces new opportunities for recognition and professional development, rewarding technical contribution and specialization while strengthening partners’ credibility with their customers. By fostering collaboration and continuous learning, Lenovo 360 Tech Connect reflects Lenovo’s commitment to creating a more connected ecosystem of empowered partners, where technical excellence becomes a key driver of growth and differentiation.
