Xiaomi has begun a limited closed beta for Xiaomi miclaw, a mobile AI agent system built on its MiMo large model, according to an announcement on March 6. The system is designed to interpret user intent and execute tasks by calling apps, system tools, and ecosystem services with user authorization.
The project is intended to test how large models can perform system-level actions across Xiaomi’s “human-car-home” ecosystem. The invitation-only test currently supports several Xiaomi 17 series smartphones. [Xiaomi, in Chinese]
