Alibaba International has launched a new global AI talent initiative, Bravo 102, as part of its 2026 campus recruitment scheme, aiming to attract top-tier AI professionals. According to the Chinese tech giant’s careers website, 80% of the roles are AI-related, including algorithm engineering, R&D, and product management. Breaking away from traditional recruitment models, the program allows candidates who pass interviews to choose their preferred projects and teams. The initiative reflects Alibaba’s broader AI strategy. In a recent earnings call, Alibaba CEO Eddie Wu said the company will invest heavily over the next three years in AI infrastructure, foundational models, and AI-native applications. In February, Alibaba pledged at least $52.7 billion toward cloud and AI infrastructure. [Jiemian, in Chinese]
